Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist. Late cancellations or no‑shows will be charged a fee and require a deposit before rebooking.

Running Late
We’ll always do our best, but if you’re more than 10 minutes late we may need to adjust your service or rebook.

Redo Policy
If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 3 working days we’ll organise a complimentary adjustment.
Allergies & sensitivities: Please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities before your service. Patch tests are available on request.
Payments
We accept major cards, contactless payments & Afterpay • Deposits may be requested for longer colour bookings.
